Return & Exchange Policy
At HerbSense, we prioritize the purity and hygiene of our botanical jewelry. Due to the personal and wearable nature of our products—which are designed to be in direct contact with the skin—we strictly maintain high standards of safety and quality control.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations. Please note that our botanical jewelry and wearable herbal aroma beads are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the packaging has been opened, the item has been worn, or the protective seals have been removed.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
Quality Guarantee & Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective from transit, we are here to make it right. Please contact us at hello@herbsense.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Unopened Items (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind and the item is still in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging (including intact protective seals), you may be eligible for a return. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss your request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible (unopened/sealed) item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Opened or worn items do not qualify for exchange.
